The Place for family and friends to do it all: Relax, enjoy the beach, play outdoor and indoor games. There is something for everyone! Kyacks, Bikes, Skim boards, Bocci Ball, Corn Hole toss, Croquet, Pool table, Table tennis, Fooseball, Air Hockey and arcade games! We have been renting the top portion of our house out since 2022. As of January 2024 the the basement is 90% finished and we now offer access to the games room and two MORE queen and one king downstairs (semi-private bedrooms with a curtain entrance). You have close to 5400 Sqft to use. We have decided not to increase the daily rate until the basement is 100% finished, consider it a bonus area. To be noted. there is no bathroom on first floor / basement.
We are a 10 min walk downhill to the beach and 15 min walk back.
