The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The terrace has garden furniture and a private beach chair.
1st + 2nd floor: One bedroom with a bathroom on each floor.
1st bedroom – 1 double bed with high-quality mattresses;
2nd bedroom – 1 double bed with high-quality mattresses.
2 bathrooms: one is located directly next to the bedroom on the upper floor, equipped with a bathtub, an integrated shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
The second bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a spacious, barrier-free shower. Both washrooms feature underfloor heating.
The windows on all upper floors are equipped with fly screens.
From 09.05.2022 until about the end of May 2022, painting work on the exterior facade of the house is planned. The work is weather-dependent.
