30 km from Dijon and Langres, in a village with all amenities, the Chalet de la Combe Sainte-Anne, nestled in the heart of a large, enclosed 1-hectare property (also home to the owners' residence), offers: On the ground floor: a fully equipped modern kitchen, open to the living/dining room, with TV and Wi-Fi. A pellet stove. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washing machine. A separate toilet. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two 90 cm x 1.90 cm beds offer an ideal space for 1 or 2 children. The cottage is completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
At the front, a large, bright veranda opens onto a beautiful, private, shaded area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. Private parking is available on the property. Baby equipment is available upon request (travel cot, high chair, and changing table). Pets are not allowed.
Nearby: Hiking trails directly from the cottage. A beautiful walk to Combe Sainte-Anne and its small chapel is also available. Close to the historic villages of Grancey-le-Château and Salives. The springs of the Seine and Coquille rivers are also nearby. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and its Cité de la Gastronomie, is 35 minutes away. Langres, a city of character with its ramparts and historic city center, is 30 minutes away.
