Spacious cottage with hot tub and sauna in the bathroom. Situated on a sunny corner lot, with direct access to one of the most attractive beaches in the area just 400 meters further. A small step separates the practically tiled kitchen / dining area in the house from the living area with wood floors and woodburning stove for cooler days. The stove is protected by a child-friendly gate. Outside on the lawn there are both a rocking scaffold and a garden trampoline for children (use only at your own risk!). In the house there are three bedrooms with two beds each and a Hems upstairs under the Dachshräte with two smaller beds and play area. In one of the two bathrooms, whirlpool and sauna are available for relaxing hours after an active day in the area.
