Relaxing in a wooded area? This beautiful four-person holiday home is on Park Berkenrhode, in the middle of the Veluwe. A perfect base for lovely cycling trips or long walks through the beautiful countryside. Returning from your outings? Then there is plenty of opportunity at the park to relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool or the Private Spa & Wellness. For good food and drink, you do not need to leave the park. Delicious dishes using local produce are served at Le Grand Café.
Layout
This cozy four-person holiday home located by the pond has an area of 55m². The stylish living room is furnished with a sofa with television, armchairs, a fireplace and a dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with appliances, such as a dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. There is also a coffee maker and kettle. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds: one bedroom with two beds together and one bedroom with two beds apart. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the garden there is garden furniture and a hot tub in which you can relax. Furthermore, the house has its own parking space.
Particularities
Business bookings are not allowed for this holiday home.
The hot tub must be lit by yourself, for this you will receive instructions in advance. It takes 3 to 4 hours to heat the hot tub, for which you must be present. For this reason the hot tub cannot be used on your arrival and departure day. If you have any doubts about the water quality during your stay, you can change the hot tub yourself. You will receive instructions for this as well.

Gourmet and fondue are not allowed in the holiday homes.
The guarantee fund is a compulsory contribution for the risk of damage.
The heated outdoor pool is open from April to September. Earlier opening or later closing is weather-dependent.

Want to start in the morning at a relaxed pace? Order a ready-made breakfast via the website. At Park Berkenrhode, you have the option of renting bicycles or E-Choppers to explore the beautiful Veluwe region.
Children
At Park Berkenrhode, there is also plenty to do for children. They can play in the two playgrounds at the park and various activities are organised. During various holidays, there is a free children's programme including fun crafts and Theatres performed by Sjef the Forester.
Swimming and wellness facilities
Relax after a long bike ride in the Private Spa & Wellness. Several holiday homes also have their own wellness facilities. Want to start the day sportily? You can do so in the heated outdoor swimming pool, which is heated using sustainable methods.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome in almost all holiday homes. Several houses have an enclosed garden, so your dog can play safely.
Did your dog get dirty from the walk in the woods? Next to reception is the Dog Wash, so your dog can return home refreshed.
Surroundings
Wekerom is a village in Gelderland, in the Veluwe region. As such, there is plenty to do in the area. Visit the Dutch Tile Museum. Here you will learn all about special wall tiles and tile pictures. From the late Middle Ages to contemporary ceramics: everything is covered. At Otterlo Events, you can also go on a 4x4 safari: drive in a tough all-terrain vehicle and enjoy the most beautiful places the Veluwe has to offer. Want to discover nature, but prefer walking? Then the special 12-kilometre Klompenpad 'Beek- en Bultpad' is just the thing for you! After a pleasant day, enjoy a snack and a drink at one of the many restaurants or cafés.
