Centrally located around a heated (except July and August) outdoor swimming pool, near the place Vallon Pont d'Arc you will find the apartments of the holiday park "Les Sources de Manon". The entire holiday park is divided into groups of 4 to 6 apartments and can be on the side of the swimming pool, the most sunny side or on the most shadow side. You will find a reception, a heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (160 m²) except in July and August, a launderette, an internet point for a fee and a free parking space. For an additional fee, you can reserve extra for a baby package, a towel package, electric BBQ rental, a rental TV and the final cleaning fee, if available. This needs to be handled on the spot. Bed linen is included in the price. A pet is, if reserved, in possession of a valid vaccination certificate, tattooed or chipped, against payment. As the holiday park is located near the town of Vallon pont d'Arc, you have a very complete range of services and shops in the neighborhood.
Interior
This 3-room apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons and has an area of 45 m². These apartments were built in duplex style with the bedrooms situated upstairs. The apartment contains a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and terrace. The living room has a double sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the other has two single beds (possibly a bunk bed). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. For an additional fee you can book a baby set (if available), towel set, electric BBQ, TV and/or final cleaning. You can pay for these extra services on the spot. Bed linen is included in the price. Pet are allowed (for a fee) if they are in possession of a valid vaccination certificate and have an identifying mark in the form of a tattoo or chip.

Surroundings
Nature, sports and culture alternate perfectly here. Nature is best known for the gorges of the river Ardeche, where you can fish, canoe, kayak and of course swim. But nature also offers beautiful centuries-old caves, waterfalls and the famous bridge le Pont du Gard. In sport you can think of climbing, canyoning, caving, walking, cycling, mountain biking or even parapets, in addition to the aforementioned water sports. You will find culture in the beautiful old towns such as Vallon Pont d'Arc itself or Salavas, Labeaume, Balazuc and much more. There is even a pre-historic museum in this region. So if you are looking for a varied holiday of peace and action then you are in the right place in the Ardeche.
Conditions
As a guest you can use two outdoor swimming pools with a children's pool, one is open from April to September, heated to mid-June and after mid-September, the other is unheated open in July and August, rental of an electric barbecue, laundry for a fee, free outdoor parking space. You can also use Wi-Fi internet and television for a fee. Bed linen is provided. For an extra fee you can book a towel set, a baby kit with bath, bed and booster seat, final cleaning, barbecue. You must pay a deposit for the apartment and the cleaning and tourist tax upon arrival at the location. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after inventory or by post. The accommodation should leave you spotlessly clean, if not, you will only receive a part of the deposit. Pets are allowed for a fee, provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, provided they are kept on a leash in the residence.

The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.

Rental formula (from 7 nights) : arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m. (Make an appointment at reception to specify the time of your departure)
Getaway formula (short stay from 2 to 6 nights) : arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11 a.m.
In case of arrival outside reception opening hours, notify the residence before 7 p.m. who will tell you what to do.
