All carpet recently removed, travertine floors installed throughout upstairs and beautiful wood stairs. Downstairs has one bedroom with 2 queen beds, one bath, living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds & bunk beds (twin over twin)& the master with king bed), 2 baths and laundry area. TVs are in all bedrooms as well as living room. This top of the line unit sleeps 14 (using sleeper sofa) & has a nice large outdoor living area with charcoal grill and heated pool (Nov-March). This property also has a fenced in back yard with privacy fence along with lovely landscaping.
