The kitchen/diner has been finished in the same elegant style as the lounge and is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a tasteful, understated style, creating restful, sanctuary-like spaces. The first of these is a king-size room, whilst there is also a dual-aspect double room, and a cosy twin. The shower room has a shower and WC, and there is also a second separate WC.
Outside, the property enjoys two separate garden areas. The first of these is a fantastic elevated decked area to the front of the property, offering stunning sea views from the table and chairs. To the rear of the property, a second decked terrace is a generously-sized space with comfortable garden furniture, which opens onto a shingled area beyond.
