Best location & luxurious! In winter, it's a 7-min walk to the Jakobshorn, a 5-min bus ride to the Parsenn ski resort and a 2-min walk to the cross-country ski trail! In summer you can be on the hiking and mountain bike trails in no time. The centre is just 3 minutes away!
With 115 m2 and 3.5 rooms, this flat offers plenty of space for all those who want it spacious. The interior is of the most exclusive and should you ever need to work, the home network offers the best internet via LAN & WLAN.
With 115 m2 and 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, the accommodation offers plenty of space to stay for 4 to 6 people. The flat is spread over one floor on the lower ground floor. The apartment has very large windows, is very bright and light-flooded and no expense was spared in the interior design and furnishings. The ambience is rustic and a lot of high-quality solid wood was used. The furniture is all unique: be it the workbench, which was converted into a dining table in the kitchen, or the double bed and the bunk bed, which were made by a Davos carpenter from antique wooden beams from an old Graubünden barn. The 2 office tables were made from a single solid oak board and the cracks in the wood were filled with zinc.
The living room and dining room are in the same room. They are furnished to a high standard (e.g. Chesterfield couch, solid oak monastery table) and the 65'' TV offers Swisscom TV (included) and Netflix (you need to log into your account).
The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with an induction hob, two ovens, a dishwasher and a ZUG fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots, etc... are of course also included.
The internet connection meets the highest standards, as a home network has been specially set up according to company standards. This means that there is a LAN (cable) connection in every room and in the entire accommodation the WLAN always shows the full number of bars on the display.

In summer, you can use the communal garden, which is equipped with a great children's playground.
