Positive: The condo is very conveniently located. It is in walking distance (about 1/2 mile) of the outlet mall and very close to the Kimball Junction shopping center. The primary bedroom is neat and minimalist. The duvet cover was very warm and the walk through closet had lots of hanging space which I needed because I overpacked. The whole condo is very snug and easy to navigate. All the appliances seem pretty new and all worked perfectly. Great supply of hot water in the showers, but if the water is used in the kitchen, it can impact the shower temp in the primary bathroom. The Roku TV took a minute to figure out, but then it was great. We were able to log on to all the streaming platforms and it had Xfinity. Host provided toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, pods for the dishwasher and washing machine along with dish soap and hand soap in the kitchen. There is also a filtered water tap which made the drinking water and coffee taste much better. I appreciated that the door has a keypad lock so we didn't have to pick up keys. We arrived very late so it was SO helpful to just walk up and punch in the code. It also made it easier since we could each come and go and not worry about who had the key.
Negative: The carpets could really use a cleaning throughout the condo, not just near the door. They made the unit look dingier than it was. Also, if you provide wet swiffer pads, we can clean up spills in the kitchen more easily. Also appreciated the parking pass but were not sure which spots we were allowed to park in. Needed more clarity as to whether we could park in the numbered, covered spots or if there is a different area for non-visitor parking. We parked in a numbered spot and no one complained, but we were afraid we were taking someone's assigned spot.
Summary: Convenient location, snug condo, very pleasant!
