Equestrian center in the village. 15 minutes north of Dijon, in a quiet and wooded region, beautiful detached stone house with shared swimming pool. Ground floor: large living room and dining room with central fireplace. Separate equipped kitchen. A bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (2 twin beds 80 x 200) with adjoining shower room and WC. A separate WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, each equipped with two 80x200 cm beds that can be twinned into 160x200 cm beds, with private bathrooms and toilets. Sheltered terrace and garden. Parking. On the grounds, an unheated swimming pool (4 x 10 m) protected by a dome, open from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] and shared with another gîte (daily maintenance and closing of the dome in the evening by the owners). A folding bed, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath are available upon request. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.
