Summary: Such a shame that this 25 hours isn't as good as others in the hotel chain. Stayed for 4 nights in December. The hotel held a function on 2 nights of this with very loud music blaring until after midnight. Another night the hotel was swamped by a huge group of people from the city going to another event at the hotel. The restaurant is slow and understaffed and we waited 20 minutes just for someone to ask us if we wanted to order drinks.The rooms are small. The shower was broken (although they did fix it when told). Grouting in the bathroom mouldy. No kettle or coffee machine or water. Poor storage for clothes. No wardrobe only hangers and open hooks. Grimy, broken soft toy left for guests. Not enough staff on reception sometimes. Slow to clean rooms. Often not cleaned until 4pm. I loved this hotel chain in other cities, but will probably not return to this chain again after this stay.
