Slightly further along the coast, Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham boast gorgeous sand beaches, with dunes and a picturesque scenery. And don't forget your binoculars, as the Norfolk coastline offers spectacular birdwatching opportunities. Fine historic buildings, great estates and riverside walks can be accessed. These include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, the Glaven and Stiffkey Rivers and the Bayfield and Holkham estates, all within 14 miles.
