The additional garden Villa of the ensemble offers spacious, lightflooded 24m² and both a bathroom and bedroom,can accommodate up to 3 guests It's large window doors look south and west, towards the olive garden and pool. It is completed by a an outside seating area with seaview, surrounded by oleander.
The fenced 1.150 m² garden with a lovely lawn offers privacy and view at the same time. Olives trees side by side with the 30m² swimming pool are surrounded with sun loungers. A spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family and friends completes the ensemble.
