The "Aux roses rouges" Gîte, a beautiful, detached, renovated country house, is ideally located between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, near the Route des Grands Crus. On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped, modern kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided for the first fire), TV, and Wi-Fi. Burgundy stone walls and floors. Direct access to the courtyard and garden. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with toilet, one with two twin beds (90x200 cm), and one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. Sheets, towels, cleaning, and electricity are included. Firewood is available at an additional cost: €5 each.
Outside: a large courtyard at the front of the house with garden furniture (parking for 2 vehicles is possible), a south-facing terrace on the side of the house with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. A private ornamental garden is also available. The property is located in a very quiet setting, close to the listed church and the river. Available upon request, free of charge: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, and baby bath.
Our friends, dogs and cats, are welcome. For more than one pet, the owner's consent is required. A €30 supplement per pet, per stay, will be required.
Located in a small, quiet village surrounded by the countryside, in the heart of Burgundy and close to major tourist attractions: 10 minutes from Beaune and its Hospices and 10 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, ideally located for exploring the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Cultural and gastronomic towns are waiting to be discovered (Clos de Vougeot, Meursault, Savigny-les-Beaune, Dole, and many others). Dijon, 35 km away, offers its Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, its Museum of Fine Arts, its historic center, and the International City of Gastronomy. The Burgundy Canal offers bike and boat tours.
This cottage is entirely non-smoking. Bachelor parties and other similar celebrations are prohibited in this cottage.
