You live in the small village of Marceljani and a few kilometers outside Labin. The house is an oasis of peace where every guest will feel comfortable and enjoy the untouched nature. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, a toilet and a bedroom with a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the covered terrace you can enjoy freshly prepared barbecue specialties while your children play on the seesaw, slide or swing. Refreshment on hot summer days is provided by the modern pool. The property is located on the outskirts of the village, the nearest neighbor is a few meters from the back of the house. Visit the tourist Rabac. Its beautiful beaches with crystal clear water are considered the most beautiful in Istria. The artist town of Labin is known for its numerous galleries and outdoor exhibitions.
