Summary: The property is beautiful and appears to be going through more of an upgrade with a pool being installed. Nicely located to the beach. Only issue was the electricity even with the generator. I'm not sure why both neighbors houses had electricity and this property didn't for over 24 hours. Pool construction or generator connection, I'm not sure but with all the main items in the house requiring electricity, it made for an unpleasant experience once that went out. The stove, refrigerator, microwave, and the heating for the water (including showers) ran in electric and this wasn't working. I would say to contact the host and see if the generator is fully operational and serviced in order to have full assurance of a comfortable stay.
