The apartment’s bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own wall-mounted Samsung smart TV, ceiling fan and block-out blinds for sleep ins, as well as direct access to the bathroom, offering a roomy shower recess and separate bath tub. There’s also a European-style laundry with a top loader washer and separate dryer.
The building complex itself provides resort-style facilities including a 25m heated indoor swimming pool, a 50m outdoor lap pool, 2 gymnasiums, eateries and a convenience store.

Camperdown is an inner west suburb of Sydney, located 4 kilometres south-west of Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) and well known for its Victorian terrace houses and parks. The apartment itself in a great location, close to the Camperdown Grocer supermarket, eateries and Camperdown Park, while the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and University of Sydney are both just 15 minutes’ walk away. Victoria Park, home to Sydney’s LGBTQ+ Fair Day, is about 25 minutes away on foot.
Getting Around:
The apartment does not come with parking, so it’s best suited to guests who use public transport. Conveniently, there are many bus options only a short walk away which will deliver you to the CBD in about 30 minutes. It’s even closer to Central Station, Sydney’s major transport hub, offering bus, train and light rail services throughout the metropolitan area and beyond.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is the case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
