The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, steam oven, washing machine and all kitchen appliances needed for an extended stay. There is a second lounge on the ground floor with another stove. The main bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower, and underfloor heating is installed throughout.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom .There is a second double bedroom with views of the town centre and the River Tay.
Outside in the garden there is an outbuilding, large garden area and two separate patios. There is one car parking space at the front of the property and plenty of on street parking which is free.
