2 Brook Cottages is a chalet-style cottage in a row of three within the small complex of Thornlea Mews in the Devon seaside village of Hope Cove. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a king size with dressing room, and a twin, all sharing a family shower room. Up four steps is the open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and countryside views. Outside are two acres of lawn as well as a lawn with picnic tables shared by the three cottages and parking for one car. Just 350 yards from the lovely beach, Coast Path and village shop, 2 Brook Cottages is an excellent neat base for a fun seaside break in South Devon.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, expresso coffee machine, wine fridge, shared laundry room (coin-operated), WiFi, Smart TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two Travel cots, stair gate and highchair available. Off road parking for one car (additional on-grass parking for second car). 2 well behaved pets allowed, but please note the garden is not enclosed. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Property can accommodate 4 people. Please note: The property has a couple of flights of stairs to enter, may not suitable for less mobile guests.
