This beautiful studio boasts many points of interest with considerable historic significance blending the old with the new, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The terrace offers stunning views and a great place to have breakfast and dinner. The studio has been recently renovated in May 2017.
This studio features one king size bed with a memory foam mattress allowing you a good night sleep, cable tv, high speed WIFI internet connection, kitchenette equipped with a fridge, electric range, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine (Laundry), and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
The interaction with guests will be only as much as they want and need, but I will be available via phone and Airbnb messages 24/7.
I will be here to welcome you in and also for your departure

- Please do not smoke in the studio, please use the terrace which is supplied with an ashtray. In case of delays, please let me know as soon as possible, in order to guarantee you a smooth check-in. For a late check-in (between 22:00 - 8:00), a fee of 10 EUR is required, payable in cash at the check-in moment.
- The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain at the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged.
