It is located in Gianicolo, between Villa Pamphyli, the Gianicolo Park and Villa Sciarra, you can reach Trastevere and the Vatican on foot and Piazza Venezia with a single bus in 10 minutes.
The apartment has been recently restored and is comfortable, including a washing machine. The surrounding streets are lively, good restaurants, pleasant bars, patisseries, shops, banks. At fifty meters there is an open-air market and at 200 meters a large supermarket. It is possible to live here as a Roman and not just as a tourist, so you can buy fresh food and have tasty dishes in restaurants without paying exaggerated amounts.
