5 smaller and 3 larger apartments await our guests on 2,200 m2. Each apartment has its own furnished terrace connected to the garden. The apartments are air-conditioned and all have Wi-Fi.In the yard, there are 3 places for grilling, cooking, and a closed parking lot. Our guests can use the children's playground, sandbox, pool, ping pong table, basketball backboard, and bicycles belonging to the apartments. Also, 5 electric scooters can be rented.The heated, covered pool, as well as the wellness area, jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared saunas offer the opportunity to relax even on cooler days. The jacuzzi and sauna can be used against payment after prior registration.The accommodation also counts with a common space, open in summer and closed/heated in winter, where 25 people can sit comfortably.The city center, (bus/train station), the Petőfi promenade and the Plázs can be reached by walking (10-15 minutes). The Balaton shore can be reached with a pleasant walk of the same amount of time.Nearby, there is a grocery store 5 minutes away, and restaurants 5-10 minutes away on foot.Zamárd adventure park is 5 km away by car.3 km in Szabadi - Sóstó is the Bella animal park, petting zoo (meerkats, kangaroos, camel riding, horse riding), which families with children can even visit by mini-railway.AVAILABILITY ON REQUEST
This apartment is suitable for 4+1 people, and it is located in the back of the yard. The apartment has 2 floors. On the ground floor you have an opened kitchen. In the living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 people. In the bathroom you have a toilet, a sink and a shower. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a double bed. We can provide you with a cot, an extra bed, a highchair and a baby bath. The apartment house has its own garden with a private parking space, some playing facilities for the kids, as well as grill facilities for the families.
Siófok is located in the middle of Transdanubia, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton. The most famous and most visited town of the 'Hungarian Sea', Siófok is called the capital of the lake. During the hot summer months, but also in the quieter spring, autumn, and winter months, Siófolk makes a perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday. More so, Siófok is an ideal base for exploring the marvelous Balaton region. Siófok and the surroundings of Lake Balaton offer visitors plenty of activities: sports, leisure, recreation, opportunities for hiking, sailing, kayaking/canoeing, boating, playing tennis, volleyball, fishing, cycling, horseback riding and wine tasting plus ice skating and tobogganing in winter. Guests can also choose from a number of wellness services in the nearby spas. The lake with all its beauty is waiting for you here. In summer, besides swimming and sunbathing, you can spend your time actively engaged in water-skiing or water-cycling. In winter you can journey to nearby Tihany, where you can visit the famous Tihany Abbey; savor delicious Hungarian dishes and the unique wines of the Balaton region; or just stroll around. Guests can venture out on a cycling tour around the lake as there is a bicycle path which circumvents the entire lake. Or why not walk along the beach or discover a nice vineyard or small villages lurking somewhere among the medieval castles and baroque towns? The COKE Club awaits young people with a number of concerts, night bars and colorful programs such as discos. The lake`s water in the southern part of the Balaton is shallow and sandy and in summer it warms up quickly, making it an ideal destination for families with babies and small children. Those desiring to go down to the beach can always find a suitable place, as the beaches are well taken care of and grassy. The town is famous for its beautiful gardens and parks. One of the most famous is Millennium Park. Here you will find some nice art works, such as the bandstand with its brass statue of Imre Kálmán. Born in Siófok, he was one of the most famous Hungarian composers, who wrote several operettas which are on display in summer.
Arrival from 14:00-15:00, Departure until 10:00. The apartment and the owner is family orientated, we welcome our guests here to relax and to have wonderful time with their children, therefore there is no place for group of youngsters.
