The architecture was inspired by the traditional “arcachonnaise” Description extracted from the site villaducapferret : Pleasant villa of 100 m2 close to the quiet and preserved neighborhood of the “44 hectares”, ideally located in the narrow peninsular, 10 mn walk between the Arcachon basin and the Atlantic Ocean with a large wooded corner garden of 1,000 m2 and a spacious terrace. House of foot, facing south. Quiet, safety for children who can go to the beach on foot or by bicycle.

3 bedrooms: 2 with queen size bed 160, 1 with 2 bunk beds (+ 1 drawer bed) - Large double living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds 90 (2 extra beds) -1 bathroom and 1 toilet. 1 outdoor shower (hot & cold), 1 terrace with bar and barbecue.
Equipment: 1 flat screen TV 43 ‘ 4K – fibre Orange, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, 1 ceramic hob, 1 oven, 1 toaster, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 Senseo - dosets, 1 boiler, 1 electric fryer, 1 steamer, 1 rice cooker, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 ironing board with vertical steam iron, Internet connection by Fiber Wi-Fi. 1 24-inch HP HDMI monitor, 1 HP/wifi printer. Convector electric heating. Baby furniture: 1 umbrella bed with mattress, pillow… 1 high chair, nightlight, bathtub, … Children’s furniture: 1 chair, 1 table, 1 chaise longue. Garden furniture with teak table for 8 people, 2 hammocks, 1 umbrella, 2 Adirondacks, deck chairs.
Price: Electricity, water, gas, internet connection, city hall taxes, included in the rate. Cancelation: Booking deposit by bank transfer of 50% to the non-refundable reservation. (direct payment) Balance for check-in.

A deposit of 1,000 € (with a minimum of € 500) of the amount of the rental is requested at check-in by check a) returned within a week of the check-out if no damage is found or b) within a maximum period of one month, deducting, where appropriate, the sums of money, covering damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning company.
All linen needed for the number of people provided is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out).
A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night. We can on request stop it punctually or possibly change the schedule.
A camera is positioned at the portal (the only one to preserve your privacy) but necessary for the surveillance of robbers etc…
Housekeeping: The villa, its equipment and surroundings must be made clean at the check-out and as found at the check-in.
