There's an exit from the living room to a spacious balcony (20 m2) where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment has one air-conditioned bedroom. There's also one separate toilet with a washing machine. There are 4 parking places available on the property. The apartment is located 3 km from the center of Porec in a quiet zone, but still close to the sea and numerous beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can find several restaurants, bars, and pizzerias. Materada and Pical are beaches located only 1500 meters from the Apartment Complex. The base of the beach is concrete and pebbles. Next to the beach, there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, a beach volleyball course, and other sports and recreation facilities. There are bars/restaurants, pedal boats, and deck chairs available all along the beach.
