How Do I Qualify?
To qualify for smarTraveler status, you must attain one of the following:
- Traveled at least three times with smarTours over the past three years.
- Referred at least 12 friends and family members who took their first smarTours trip over the past three years.
- Be a smarTours ambassador, active as a spokesperson on social media. Examples could include YouTube videos; posts on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram; reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp; and more! Please remember to use #smarTours or @smarTours in your social media activity to get credit.
How Long Am I a smarTraveler?
If you’re accepted any time after March 31, 2018, you will have smarTraveler status through December 31, 2019. In December of the year when your status expires, you will receive an automated email asking you to renew. Your smarTraveler status will continue as long as you meet the requirements stated above.
