The house is situated on approximately 1000 m2 of land with parking space for 3 cars, a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool, 3 terraces, trees enough for various shady spots, a large windbreak and lots of grass for children playing. The house is suitable for two families and is very suitable for wheelchairs (inside and outside). The entrance offers access to a spacious living room with doors to the back garden and terraces. The living room has a sitting area, dining area and new open kitchen (2019) with dishwasher, combi microwave / oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer combination, extra fridge in the garage. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms and a family room with 4 beds. Upstairs is the bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and double sink. The ground floor offers a 4th double bedroom two boxsprings and a bathroom with raised toilet, free sink and very spacious walk-in shower. The entrance to this bathroom is only with a curtain because of wheelchair suitability.
The heated swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.
