The villa dates back to 1800 and has a large garden with a private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV in every room. It’s an ideal solution for groups of friends or large families, as well as for organizing events.
External Area and Swimming Pool
The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden (5000 sq. m.) with mediterranean shrubs, completely fenced and closed off with an electric gate. The two porticos, one in front of the kitchen/living room and one in front of a small outbuilding, offer an outdoor eating area with tables, chairs and a stone barbecue and a relaxing area with rattan sofas and armchairs. Nearby you will find the swimming pool, 15 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.4 - 1.5 m, with a Roman staircase, a hydro-massage and infinity edges on 3 sides, whereas the last side has a small waterfall leading to the children’s pool, 0.4 metres deep. Surrounding the pool are a shower, sunbeds and beach umbrellas, as well as a wrought-iron gazebo with tables, chairs and sofas, perfect for relaxing. The villa has been restored while maintaining its traditional aspects like the chestnut beams and stone walls, offering modern solutions for the guest’s maximum comfort. The ground floor has a large open space divided into a living area with an ancient fireplace, sofas and armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player and a dining room with outdoor access. The kitchen also has outdoor access, is in stone and has every kind of appliance and a utility room. A bedroom with 2 beds (which can be joined) with bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled people) round up the ground floor. A wrought-iron and stone staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, each with a third bed available, and one double bedroom with a supplementary bed. Every room has its own bathroom with shower, a fireplace and satellite TV. A spiral staircase then leads to a small tower which comes out of the centre of the roof. The tower room has armchairs and you can admire a 360 degree view of the surrounding hills.

Villa i Longobardi is close to a town called Montelopio, in a corner of Tuscany which has yet to be discovered by large groups of tourists and which boasts a varied landscape with olive groves, vineyards, fields of wheat and sunflowers and small woods home to wild boar, porcupines, wolves and deer.
