The living areas are distributed over 3 floors with the large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room together with the master bedroom located on the ground floor offering direct access onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped complete with oven, micro wave, steamer oven, fitted coffee machine, dishwasher and has easy access to the pool and outdoor terrace and dining area.
The first floor consists of an office area, TV room with games table, exercise equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. The lower ground floor offers 3 bedrooms, each with outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom.
