The hotel is currently undertaking the construction of a new commercial annex building located outside the main hotel building, which will be connected via a link bridge. the project is scheduled to commence in march 2026 and is targeted for completion by december 2026. the hotel remains fully operational; however, minor disturbances may occasionally occur in deluxe and pearl suite without balcony rooms located near the adjacent structure during approved working hours (8:00 am – 10:00 pm). mitigation measures, including room reassignment and upgrades (subject to availability), are in place to ensure guest comfort, complimentary nyonya hi-tea (redeemable once during check in) is valid for bookings with a minimum stay of two (2) nights, for stays from 5 april to 31 mayplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
