The condo is located off Highway 97 in central Bend. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 22 miles west via the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, about a 30-minute drive in good conditions. Smith Rock State Park is 25 miles north, roughly 30 minutes by car. The Lava River Cave at Newberry National Volcanic Monument is 14 miles south. Cascade Lakes Highway provides summer access to dozens of alpine lakes within 30 to 45 minutes. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is 20 miles north, about a 25-minute drive.
