The property opens to the kitchen and living room on the right, 2 guest bedrooms on the left, and the final guest bedroom and master bedroom in front. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property. The kitchen provides a cooking island for additional space, and has a separate laundry room attached. The cooking stove is induction.The dining area provides seating for 8, and is stationed next to the living area that is furnished with 2 large comfortable sofas and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
From the living room there is direct access onto the 80m2 private terrace. The terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area, 2 sun loungers, and chill-out seating. Lovely sea views are visible from the left side of the terrace. Direct terrace access is possible from the living room, master bedroom and neighbouring guest bedroom.
The master bedroom, like the other 3 bedrooms, are fitted with high quality beds. There is a large double bed in the master, and there is access to an ensuite bathroom with double washbasins and walk-in rainfall shower. Two of the guest bedrooms have a double bed, and the third guest bedroom has two single beds. The three bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate w/c is also available located between the bedrooms.
The entire property has centralised A/C (hot and cold) and fast fibre optic WIFI throughout. A SONOS sound system is also available for guest use (volume level should be kept to sensible levels during the different periods of the day).The community has a large exterior swimming pool (adult and children), a heated indoor swimming pool (open all year), and a full indoor gym. 2 Private parking spaces are also provided in the garage below the property.
The beach is less than 1km walk from the property, and countless restaurants, bars and shops are within close walking distance. There are also several golf courses within close proximity, as well as padel tennis courts.
