The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond. Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a swimming pool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property.
