The cottage: Murlach Lodge is located in the centre of Ballyconneely on the Wild Atlantic Way. Keoghs pub is just up the road. There is church across the road. The property has nice walled gardens ideal for small children to play and amazing views across the Lake. Easy access to beaches Dunloughan, Mannin, Coral Strand, short drive to the Connemara Golf club, and only ten minutes from Clifden town or the boat club. If you are surfers, walkers or water sports enthusiasts or just like open spaces with good access to amenities, this is the property for you. A short drive will bring you to Roundstone. This really is the perfect location!
Inside: As you walk in there is a hallway space, table with numerous leaflets for attractions in the area. There is a stair case to the right and doors to the left. If you go through door to left it is the dining room with fire place, sofas and dining table and chairs. You can walk through to the kitchen which has dining table and chairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Of the kitchen is the back door with utility area with washing machine and dryer. You can go through from kitchen to sitting room which has open fire place and TV, loads sofas and big glass area which is like sunroom in the sitting room. It is lovely, bright and warm. Coming back in to the entrance hallway you carry on down the hall and there are 4 double ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms have good linen, bedside lockers and lamps, nice wardrobes and flat screen TVs. Going back and then up the stairs there are another 4 bedrooms,3 of these bedrooms are double and a single and one bedroom is double and 2 singles. This property is very large and the ground floor can be rented on its own which still gives you a comfortable property sleeping 8 people in 4 double bedrooms which are all ensuite.
