Our Studio includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, gas cooking, good size fridge, a 43" Smart TV with NETFLIX and YOUTUBE.
Under a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10-15 min walk into town, you decide........ sta
y here and relax by the pool, have a BBQ, or see what's happening in town.
Rock in the rocking chairs on the porch and listen to the ocean waves crashing, so peaceful.
IMPORTANT: Groups of 3 or more have to be related to each other as per our condo rules.
Meaning we cannot accept a group of 3 friends for example. However, a family of 4 is fine.
If we are informed that more people are staying in the studio than the amount approved, we will be Fined by our Condo manager and the fine will be taken from your credit card through the Security Deposit.

Open planned timber kitchen, dining area, bedroom, stone floors. Modern bathroom features a Stone wall shower with a rain shower head.
The toilet plumbing system is American, so you can flush paper but please do not put Sanitary products in system
You have full use of the shared Pool and BBQ ( please clean the BBQ after use) there is a grass area for children to play. Guests only to use the pool.
You are NOT allowed to invite your friends over to visit as we have strict rules within the Condo relating to noise.
The studio is for 2 people only and the use of the pool and common area is only for paying guests
Also note our electricity policy, each rental day includes 20 kWh of electricity. This will meet the needs of the Studio including the responsible use of the A/c unit
For perspective, this equates to approximately $55 USD of electricity per week. Electricity usage ABOVE the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at a rate of 12 Cordobas (-$0.45 USD ) Per kilowatt hour.
We supply you with a complimentary roll of toilet paper but you will need to supply your own after.
We supply liquid hand soap, coffee, sugar
The Security Deposit is never taken from your credit card unless we make a claim for damages through Homeaway after your stay .
