Our villa, which has been carefully designed and built on the slopes of the Taurus Mountains in the most beautiful area of Kalkan, is located in a complex of 3 villas, none of which see each other. You will be able to savour your evening meals enjoying a magnificent sunset view, with wide open spaces, a pool and a pool terrace, all withe uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean from every corner of the villa.
The entrance to our villa is down quite a few steps so it is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. There are steps to facilitate entrance to the pools. Our villa consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, a laundry room, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
We have parking, an alarm and camera system, wifi internet connection and satellite tv in our villas.
Our villa is approximately 4 km from the centre of Kalkan. (10-12 minutes by car) It is located on a hillside overlooking the most spectacular scenery and can be reached by a ramped concrete road . The use of a vehicle is absolutely necessary. The closest grocers shop where guests may purchase their daily essentials is approximately 1,5-2 km away.
The villa and its pool terrace have been designed to provide maximum privacy, making it suitable for those guests requirıng a high degree for privacy , be it for religious or other reasons e.g. honeymoon couples . There are two other similar villas nearby, if larger groups wish to come.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2750 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
