Quinta de Carmo is located in the beautiful Torre de Medronheira area of Albufeira within a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, cafes and nightlife within easy access. This beautiful large villa is ideal for both large families or large groups that are looking for a setting with supreme comfort and excellent entertainment space.
The 14 bedroom villa has modern stylish bathrooms, and plenty of furniture to comfortably accommodate up to 34 guests.
This is the ideal spot if you wish to relax and enjoy the sun, and is situated on a large plot there is plenty of room inside and outside for large groups to get the very best out of their holiday. There is room for around 6 cars in the driveway which has electric gates plus plenty more street parking available on the quiet Cul-de-Sac.
Property is in within easy reach of Albufeira town, within a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket approximately a 5 minute walk from the villa, and a beautiful beach approximately a 10 minute walk. There is a great selection of top golf courses within a short distance to the villa. There is also a wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including tennis and water sports. If you want to venture into Albufeira town to either the strip or the Old town, both are within easy reach to get to.
If you wish to go to the livelier nightlife of the Strip, Quinta de Carmo is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is also a taxi rank located at the end of the road. It is approximately 5 minutes drive away. There is also a regular bus service that brings you into Albufeira town & we can arrange minibus transport for preferential rates to both the Strip and the Old Town if required.

As you enter Quinta de Carmo you are immediately met with airy double height hallway with beautiful air bubble chandelier, created so that the 1st floor can be seen and to maximise the social concept that we have tried to create when holidaying in the Algarve. The vista from the front entrance includes the stylish large dining room table, lounge and out to the terraces & pool.
Lounge: Large & open plan furnished with many stylish but comfortable charcoal sofas, occasional chairs & coffee table & benefits from large Smart TV equipped with surround sound system accessed via Bluetooth for guests' music etc & wi-fi available.
Kitchen: The large kitchen has lovely modern high end white units, integrated dishwasher & washing machine, large fridge freezer, 900cm wide multi purpose oven, & large electric hob finished with a white stone worktop. The kitchen is equipped extensively with glasses, crockery, pots & pans and any equipment you could require.

There is a large built-in BBQ with it's own kitchen facilities located just outside on the terrace leading from the kitchen which is perfect for preparation. Situated in this shaded terrace overlooking the large pool there are two good sized dining tables. The south facing pool is surrounded by quality sunloungers and can be heated upon request at an additional cost, and the landscaped gardens feature two large lawned areas.
You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 15 mins drive away with the excursions and activities of Albufeira Marina 20 minutes drive.
