This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located a short walk from the town, about 10 min of Pollensa and 6.5km from the sea (only a 5 minute drive down a long straight road). The house is down a long drive away from the road so is very quiet and private. Downstairs there are 2 lounges, one with a fire place and the other opening onto the terrace, a dining room, kitchen, laundry and full bathroom. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, one with a sitting room, and a large full bathroom. All is decorated lovingly as a family home in traditional Mallorcan style. Outside, beside the kidney shaped pool, is a large covered BBQ area with an enormous table perfect for summer bbqs and parties. the swimming pool death is 1.4m in the shallow part and nearly 3 m in the deepest part. The swimming pool is 12 m long. on the shallow part, there are steps that go into the water where you can sit and relax, ideal for the kids to play.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with lovely views that look out to the mountains. Outdoors there are multiple places for relaxing; under the shaded terrace, by the pool, under the grapefruit trees or by the shaded BBQ area.
