Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire 1,500 sq ft suite, including the full kitchen, living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private backyard with a fire pit.
The space has its own separate entrance and keypad self-check-in, so you can arrive on your schedule — no shared spaces or contact with other guests. This is a duplex so we do ask that you are quiet and respectful to the guests next door.
You’ll also have two free parking spots right outside and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite.
The ski shuttle stop is just half a block away, and everything downtown (cafés, brewery, restaurants) is an easy walk.
Other things to note
Private Suite:
The suite is fully private and has its own entrance. The adjoining “West” suite is a separate unit with no shared spaces.
Check-In Window:
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please message us if you’ll arrive later — we’ll make sure everything’s ready for a smooth self-check-in.
Downtown Location:
The suite is in the heart of Golden, with easy access to Ethos Cafe, Whitetooth Brewing, IGA grocery store and the Golden Distillery.
Storage & Gear:
There’s limited indoor space for large ski or bike gear, but plenty of room for boots and smaller items. For big gear, we recommend using the shed in the backyard.
Winter Access:
Golden can get heavy snowfall. The driveway is plowed, but guests should expect typical mountain conditions — AWD or winter tires are strongly recommended from November to April.
Eco-Friendly Stay:
We recycle and encourage guests to do the same during their stay.
