**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.
**Late check-out past 11 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes
**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!
Please Note:
To help us with proper waste management, kindly make sure to separate garbage, recycling, and compost into the appropriate bins. We’ve noticed that sometimes items are thrown into the wrong bins by mistake. Non-compliance will incur a $250 charge
