It's tucked away location gives it a sense of seclusion, yet also being close to Southwold's bustling High Street and beautiful beaches, it has the best of both worlds. Sunnyside's sunny spacious garden with two patio areas, provides ample room for eating, relaxing and playing and there is plenty of space for parking on the private gated driveway.
In winter, you can hunker down in front of the open fire, with a lovely view of the garden and play a wide selection of the board games or DVDs or watch the SMART TV.
