Gift Cards are fully transferable and may be applied to any smarTours tour. At the time of booking, simply provide the smarTours Gift Card number printed on your Card and the credit will be applied.

smarTours Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
- smarTours Gift Cards may be purchased by filling out the form above or by calling our Customer Service number directly at 1.800.337.7773.
- smarTours Gift Cards will be sent to you by email and may then be customized with the name of the giver and the recipient.
- Gift Cards may be redeemed by phone by contacting our Customer Service number – 1.800.337.7773. The value of the smarTours Gift Card is in U.S. dollars.
- Gift Cards will include a unique, one-time use redemption code. Once the value of the Gift Card has been applied to a smarTours booking, the Gift Card and its unique redemption code are no longer valid.
- Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Gift Cards not used within the 5 year time frame are no longer valid and cannot be redeemed or exchanged.
- Gift Cards may be redeemed towards any smarTours tour package, including optional extensions, optional excursions, travel insurance and any services that can be paid in advance of travel. Gift Cards may NOT be redeemed for visa fees, or any items purchased on tour or abroad, including optional excursions or any fees or taxes that must be paid while traveling.
- Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with any promotion or discount offered at the time of booking and are fully transferable up until the time of redemption.
- If the balance of the Gift Card is less than the value of the vacation package, the difference must be paid by check or credit Card prior to the final payment due date.
- If the Gift Card value is greater than the remaining balance of the vacation price, a new Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued with the same expiration date as the original Card.
- Gift Cards are governed by the regular payment and cancellation terms and conditions applicable to the booking.
- In the event of a departure cancelation by the smarTours, the value of the Gift Card will be restored as a future credit and may be applied to a new booking.
- No cash refunds will be provided, except where required by law.
- smarTours is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
- Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit except where required by law.
- smarTours is not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address as provided by the Purchaser is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Delivery to a nonexistent email address is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
- Gift Cards will not be accepted if the Gift Card unique redemption code is invalid or cannot be found within the smarTours system.
smarTours reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
