• Complimentary Optional Tour: Complimentary optional tour is offered on a per person basis and will be designated for each tour. Travelers cannot select a different optional tour. Travelers who choose not to participate in this tour forfeit this portion of the promotion.

• Complimentary Transfers: Complimentary arrival and departure transfers are offered on a per booking basis. Transfers must take place on the date smarTours services start or end and can take travelers to/from one of the listed arrival/departure airports listed in the Before You Depart section of the tour page. These transfers may be offered on a private basis by our partner, Welcome Pickups, or on a group shuttle basis by our local partners. By participating in this promotion, you consent to smarTours sharing your contact information with our partner managing your transfer to ensure your driver can contact you upon arrival in-destination. Travelers are responsible for entering their flight arrangements in the traveler info section of their dashboard at least 45 days prior departure in order for transfer services to be booked. Transfer details will be shared 15–30 days prior to departure.
