Theresa grew up in a nondescript suburb of LA and after 10 years in New York City, recently moved across the pond to Oxford in the UK. She completed bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and German Studies before living abroad in Berlin, Germany for a few years, and then returning to complete her MBA. After business school she worked in technology consulting, and in healthcare, travel, and media tech.

Theresa joined smarTours in December 2020 to oversee Digital Experience and has recently taken on the role of Co-President with a focus on customer experience and operations. She joined the business out of a love for travel and for the team. She’s thrilled to be working on a product delivering once in a lifetime experiences to our customers. 

Theresa has too many places on her international bucket list to count, but close to the top of that list are Sri Lanka, Patagonia, and the Assam region of India. When she’s not traveling, she’s probably listening to her favorite podcasts while running, or watching The Amazing Race.
