Chris is originally from Portsmouth, England, but now lives in Long Island, NY with his family. He studied Sport Science, along with Media, Psychology, and American History, and completed nearly every UK management training program related to customer service and sales you can think of before relocating to the US and joining smarTours in February 2019.

The role at smarTours has given Chris the opportunity to combine his passions for travel and coaching people, overseeing our delivery of top-notch customer service at every point in the traveler journey. In addition to knowing the smarTours products from top to bottom, he can also coach you on your home life, your social life, and football (both the American kind and the REAL kind). 

When it comes to travel, Chris is up for a spontaneous adventure, which may or may not involve skydiving, bungee jumping, and getting a tattoo all in the same day. His current dream destinations include Iguazu Falls, Rome, Cairo, and Petra. When he’s not traveling or coaching, he’s busy creating weekly trivia questions that are too difficult for any of his colleagues to answer.
